Trust me, we all know going gluten-free is almost torture the first few months, it takes time, it’s deffinitly not something that can happen over night, but trust me it’s worth it, soon enough all your friends name-calling and not understanding you will stop bugging you, your hunger pains will decrease as you find more and more foods that taste great and make you feel better and the more time passes the less gluten in your body… It’s better to live healthy and live longer than eat that donut just because it looks so tasty, go eat a salad then go for a run, burn some calories, feel 100x better about yourself.

My mothers making me gluten free cookies, YESSSSSSSSSS!

Soya sauce is an important to a sushi-eating girl but for me, it’s hard, wheat can be found in most soya sauces, but my mom scoped out a new brand, All Natral Soya Sauce found in most health food stores, and it’s way better than normal soya sauce, tastes the same but it’s healthy for you! It’s great in any recipe too. :)

WOW!! Did we learn something. My gluten-free daughter had turkey at the grandparents, feeling of course that everyting would be fine. By the time we got home she was miserable for next 2 days. I read up on it and discovered that sometimes they use wheat to plump up the turkey(additives). Lesson learned, always read the ingredients…
